May Art Walk at L’entrepot

We had such a great time last Saturday night during the monthly Art Walk on Julia Street. The original intention for this Art Walk was to throw an Art-O-Matic event, where dozens of artists would congregate in the gallery to create original art on the spot. Jazz Fest threw a wrench in our plans, since so many folks had guests in town or were feeling commitment-shy in case some fun last minute event came their way (as is the way of long musical weekends in this town).

In the end, there was a bit of a scramble to come up with a new idea, but our Account Manager/Event Organizer came up with a quick solution, and the show went on! Here are photos from the resulting event, Necessary Tangent, featuring the works of Peter Barnitz, Danny Baskin, and Martin L. Benson. For more information on these artists, and to view available artwork, please visit L’entrepot’s Facebook page.
